A 54 days onsite high intensity group training program that combines nutrition and recovery in an “all in one” conceptually design studio. It’s a full-body, butt-kicking, physically and mentally challenging workout with a community of like-minded people to cheer you on.

  • 9 weeks of onsite training (Mon-Sat).
  • Weekly sessions with onsite nutritionists.
  • Inbody measurements to help you track your progress.
  • Weekly recovery therapy sessions.
  • 4 onsite cycles yearly. No cycles during summer.

<tc>BOOTCAMP</tc>

This program is extremely effective. Not only can boot camp give you the metabolic boost you need to lose weight and get in shape, it can also hold you accountable and make you mentally stronger. This program will challenge you in preparation for the 9-week program.

  • 1-4 weeks of in-person training (Mon-Fri).
  • Bi-weekly sessions with onsite nutritionists.
  • Inbody measurements to help you track your progress.
  • Bi-weekly recovery therapy sessions.
