Our group training sessions are 60 minutes long, led by ex professional athletes and include a mix of HIIT, strength training, functional exercises and boxing!
Classes are high intensity but are designed so all fitness levels are welcome, all that is required is for you to give your 100% and your coaches and the community will be there to support you!
You can join us though training only class packages for you to train at your convenience or as part of a comprehensive program that includes daily training, personalized nutrition and recovery therapy sessions! To enroll in a program please contact us at [email protected]
Classes start promptly and doors are shut 3 minutes after class starts.
Our coaches are here to encourage and guide you as well as to correct your form and modify exercises when needed.
In order to help class run smoothly and prevent nausea or stomach upset, we have designated water breaks throughout the class.
The environment inside of the studio can be loud with music, whistles and coaches’ instructions. Please note we have ear plugs available for use.
